XAKTsoft Promotes and adds to team!

Powell, OH - Leading behavioral health software provider XAKTsoft announced today the following staff promotions and addition of new staff members.

Jason Pitzen has taken on the responsibility of overseeing customer service in addition to his current duties as Senior Technical Project Manager. Many of you already know Jason in his role as developer of database queries and reports for our customers. This promotion is a natural extension of his existing relationships with both our clients and internal staff.

Brad Horn has been promoted to the position of Software Quality Assurance Specialist. In his new role, Brad will be aiding in our software interface design and system functionality, testing new software versions prior to their release, and continuing to provide Tier III support for client database and software issues.

Aaron Davis will step into Tier II Customer Service, while helping to develop additional customer service staff. Aaron also provides Portico user training for our new digital archiving software.

If you’ve called into support in the last few weeks, you may have already been introduced to Jacarr McCreary and Ben Winters, our two newest Customer Service Representatives. Both men joined XAKTsoft approximately one month ago and are in training as the newest members of our client services team.
