XAKTsoft Reorganizes Management Team As It Prepares For Expansion

Powell, OH - Leading behavioral health software provider XAKTsoft announced today the redistribution of internal responsibilities and an addition to its management team as it readies to launch its newest version with national flexibility.

J. Chris Robino, who held the role of Vice President, announced in December that he was leaving the company effective January 1, 2005 to pursue his interest in providing technology solutions to youth sports organizations. Matt Stepp, XAKTsoft?s Director of Product Development, will assume responsibility for project management in addition to his current duties. This move places all client resource personnel under Stepp?s direct supervision. Matt's previous experience includes 17 years systems experience within behavioral health agencies.

Diane Dougherty will assume responsibilities over all sales functions in addition to the marketing role she previously held as Manager of Sales and Marketing. Her marketing experience spans 23 years in a variety of industries, including various roles held within XAKTsoft.

The company welcomes John Dougherty as Operations Director. His 25 years of operational and management experience will be used to define XAKTsoft?s future growth and refine its internal processes.
