SOQIC Forms Integration Is Complete!

With the recent release of version 2.670, all twenty-two Ohio Department of Mental Health SOQIC forms are now integrated into your clients’ records inside XAKTclinical. These clinical forms, which include assessments, a mental health exam, progress notes and treatment plans, are designed to eliminate any duplication of data entry and streamline clinical documentation, while the corresponding reports print completed forms identical to their paper counterparts.
