XAKTsoft is currently seeking a client service representative to provide software support to its 135 Ohio XAKTclaim billing and client management software users. Ideal candidates would have billing or client record experience in a mental health or alcohol/drug agency as well as a good understanding of HIPAA regulations. The successful candidate must have a passion for problem solving and helping others to understand how to perform processes. Windows experience is required as well as technical aptitude.

Located in Powell, Ohio, XAKTsoft is the primary provider of behavioral health software in Ohio, offering practice management, clinical, and document imaging software.
